How do I get started?

Fill out the contact form on our Contact page with your name, email, and the service you need. We'll get back to you within 24 hours to schedule an initial discovery call — no commitment required.

Do you work with early-stage startups?

Absolutely! We enjoy working with early-stage founders, especially those solving meaningful problems. If you have an idea with some early validation, we’d love to hear about it. Equity arrangements are possible for the right projects where budget is a constraint.

Can you work with our existing engineering team?

Absolutely. We often embed alongside in-house engineering teams as a specialist — particularly for AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, or complex frontend components that require deep expertise.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, always. Confidentiality is standard practice for all engagements regardless of size. We treat all client information with strict discretion by default even before a formal NDA is signed.

Do you take on international clients?

Yes. While we are headquartered in Accra, Ghana, we work with clients across Africa, Europe, North America, and beyond. We are comfortable with fully remote collaboration across time zones.

Project & Timeline

How long does a typical project take?

Discovery and scoping take 1–2 weeks. Build cycles range from 6 weeks for focused MVPs to 6+ months for enterprise platforms. We'll give you a clear, honest timeline estimate before we start — and flag risks early.

What does your process look like?

Every project starts with a discovery phase to fully understand your problem. From there we move into architecture and planning, then iterative build cycles with regular check-ins, and finally deployment and handover with full documentation.

Can you take on urgent or fast-turnaround projects?

Depending on current capacity, yes. Rush projects may carry a premium. Reach out and describe your timeline — We'll be upfront about whether it's feasible.

What happens if requirements change mid-project?

Scope changes are normal. We use a change-order process where any material changes to scope are documented, priced, and agreed before implementation begins. This keeps things transparent and avoids surprises.

Pricing & Payment

How are projects priced?

Most projects are priced on a fixed-fee basis after a scoping session. For longer-term engagements or retainer arrangements, a time-and-materials model may be more appropriate. I'll recommend the structure that makes most sense for your project.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer, mobile money (MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash), and major card payments via invoicing. For international clients, wire transfers and payments via Wise or similar platforms are available.

Is a deposit required?

Yes. Most projects require a deposit of 30–50% before work begins, with the remainder tied to agreed milestones. The exact structure will be outlined in your project agreement.

After Launch

What happens after a project ships?

We provide full handover documentation and a warranty period during which we address any bugs or issues at no extra charge. Beyond that, ongoing support and maintenance packages are available.

Will I own the code?

Yes. Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights in custom-developed work transfer to you. You will have full ownership of the codebase, and we will never resell or reuse your proprietary work.

Do you offer ongoing support and maintenance?

Yes. we offer monthly retainer packages for ongoing maintenance, feature development, performance monitoring, and technical support. These can be arranged before or after project delivery.
